Her Story
Decades of senior leadership.
A heart shaped by service.
Pat Labez Muntz has been a lifelong senior and mental health advocate who has walked alongside older adults and their families to navigate and find solutions to evolving needs in aging. She was certified as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator and served as a Director for an award-winning, nonprofit assisted living community with memory care in California.
Embracing her own silver stage, Pat became an international bestselling author, actor, and producer in what she calls our "third act." Her 2025 book, Third Act Encore, showcases 21 stories of resilience, reinvention, and renaissance — with more in the works. She is the co-founder of Artists for Mental Wellness, a nonprofit organization that promotes creative works for mental health, served as a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and has volunteered in health and human services programs in advocating for seniors.
Pat has a B.A. in Organizational Management. Her professional experience, combined with her family long term care challenges and community service, provide a unique insight and understanding of senior living. She believes in making a difference through the silver stage of life with compassion, empathy, and dignity.
